An old friend and I played a show together for the first time in years. We worked for a little bit before the show. We heard the bad news about Michael Jackson then played later that night. Here is a video of the two of us playing “I’ll be There” by the Jackson 5. You have got to hear Rodney Girvin play the keys. He is one of this areas most underrated players.
I have some of the best friends a musician can ask for at LiveFeed. Within the last two weeks Amy from LiveFeed has called me to see if I was interested helping them with some television spots in the St. Louis area. Naturally I was anxious to play a small part. I want to make sure that I thank LiveFeed properly. Without LiveFeed, I would not be where I am today. They have given me the ability to be and stay in contact with major venues in the St. Louis area. Please check them out. LiveFeed is making a major difference fighting for hunger in and around St. Louis and they are looking for any help they can find. If you have any interest let them or me know and we will be in contact with you. Here is the latest spot on Show Me St. Louis that went on right before Oprah last week.
New videos are up on YouTube. Feel free to comment. I hope you enjoy the music.
This video is put together with pictures taken of The Project performing at The Blue Note. The Song is King & Queen from my latest album “Requisite Renaissance”. King & Queen is a tight little jam that has been gaining popularity in Canada of all places. If you don’t like it, you can take off eh.
This little vid is put together with pictures taken by Benfield Photography. ”To Have and To Hold” is a simple song that has really been taking off. I hope you enjoy!
